Gig Ryan

Gig Ryan’s first book was co-winner of the 1982 Anne Elder Award and her last book Pure and Applied won the 1999 Victorian Premier’s Award for Poetry. Ryan is poetry editor of The Age, a freelance reviewer, and also writes songs for her band Driving Past. She lives in Melbourne.
